How do you communicate when two different languages are spoken?
How do you communicate when you meet at the intersection of having lived different lives with different priorities and areas of focus–different ways of seeing and understanding how the world works, different ways of understanding what is essential to comprehend in order to navigate society successfully?

I guess only time and learning during that time is the way to learn it. So many human factors to work with
